Default Updated pix of my Teg - '98 GS

Here's what it used to look like:

Since then I have gotten a new lip, taken off side skirts, carbon fiber hood (in process of selling), gotten rid of Skunk2 coilovers and put on H&R Race springs, new tires (Potenza S-03's ), selling N1 catback and putting on either OEM ITR catback w/bottleneck removed, or Thermal R&D, and the wing goes on and off depending on how i feel And i plan on getting the optional OEM side skirts and rear pieces.

Switching from coilover sleeves to spring was the best thing i've done. The ride is soo much smoother, and it handles just as good. Before w/the coilovers when i would hit a little bump, it would feel like i just bottomed out, its a lot smoother now. And w/the tires, they're a lot better than my old Kumho's. They're not up to their full potential yet cuz they're brand new and i've only rode on them a couple days, but as far as i can tell they're nice!

Do you like it better with or without the wing?

i like it with the wing, with the WW side skirts, and if you add the replica mugen front lip it would be prefect

looked much better before. the rims are too big for the subtraction of the original lip/side skirts. I liek how it looks a little cleaner, but god, those rims are huge

Yea, i thought the rims looked a little big now also, but once i get the OEM sides/rear it should be better. And the rims are 17" Velox VX-8's...

Me too for some reason. I usually prefer wingless tegs, but this one looks better with it. Looks good in both the before and after shots.

what shocks were you running with those coilovers? I hate my springs, I can't wait to switch to Ground Controls with stiff spring rates. My springs dropped my car too much, and the spring rate is too soft, so it does bottom or feel like it almost does quite often.

My friend just ditched his H&R Sport springs (on Koni Sport shocks) for Koni GC's w/ 400/300 spring rates, and he said it is MUCH better than before.

Screw regular springs, I want adjustability.

Both pics look good but I think you need to keep the wing on there........keep the CF hood and get an ITR front lip............and the optional OEM side skirts and let it be! Nice car might I add.

Looks good either way. Just that before there was a lot of wheel gap in the back. I vote keep it wingless also.
