Default Spring: H&R or Neuspeed

Hello,

Im new here, I have a 1994 Honda Civic CX with a D16 and a few bolt on engine mods.

I have 99 Si rims with 195 / 50r15 tires (goodyear) I just bought some KYB AGX shocks and a Ingalls front camber kit, now Im looking for springs

Im thinking about:

H&R - 92-95 Honda Civic 2.5"F 2.25"R (Race springs)
or
Neuspeed 2.25" Front/ 2.0" Rear (Race springs)

What should I get? Ive been hearing good things about both, I want my ride to be better than my cheap *** coil-overs I have on now, its slammed bouncy as hell.

get teh H&R SPORT springs. race is really low and the ride isn't that great.

H&R Race springs require nothing less than Konis. Anything less and you will have a shitty ride.

I have neuspeeds. The ride was tollerable at first, but now it is very jarring.

Could be attributed to things other than the springs though.

I enjoy my Neuspeeds. They were a nice drop and the ride with Tokiko's is quite nice.

im rollin on the neuspeed race springs on my civic EX, i went a different route tho, i go the JDM rear LCAs and got the koni yellows for ITR , ride is stiff and i luv it, handling is great. H&R is nice, i considered there coilover cup kit, but imma get the TEIN RS pretty soon. Ill keep you posted cuz imma sell the konis and neuspeeds, cuz they only been on the car less than a year, but im goin into honda challenge so i need stiffer suspension. the neuspeeds do clean up the fender gap, and gives it that nice lowered look witout looking slammed.

Back in the days, they used to be the same. Although they are now "different," it's still the same. You can not go wrong with either one.

It comes down to actual price (deals) and color perference.

GLD << H&R sports on tokico blues.

can you use a integra h&r race spring... its only a 2in drop in front and 1.75 in drop in back

i was think about it... i notice h&r has no race springs for Type R's.

i was going to change my lca and get koni's yellows for dc2 and dc2 race springs... not looking for a 2.5 inch drop
