I put a burned cd in my cd player lastnight and it popped up saying code 1, does anyone know what that means? It won't eject my cd now, and of course I don't have a manual.

i know when i had my stock stereo it wouldnt read some cd-r's or cdrw's but others it did. I imagine taking it to a dealer might add up to alot of money. you might have to bite the bullet and purchase a aftermarket one.

 

yea stock ones dont like burned cd's to well, same with my XBOX

 

My stock CD player on my 97 GSR has no trouble with CD-R's. Try different media...

 

i had that happen to me once also but i forgot wut kinda cd it was...
