Will a header for a 97EX work on a ZC motor. Clearance problems?

Will a header for a 97EX work on a ZC motor. Clearance problems?
Just like i said any body got first hand experiene with a D series header on a ZC head/block. As I understand it all I need to do is a little porting on the header flange. True?
