Default PART 3: TUNNING AN ACCORD INTO A RACE CAR ...

Hey ... thanks for all the tips. I'll do some research and I'll post my results. For now, I want to stick to my F23 motor and I'm gonna tune it for its peak performance. On top, I will put a turbo kit into that engine and see what it does for me. ..

.... I believe there was a certain individual that must be confused about my explanation about being a street racer. What I meant by being a street racer is not to street race anyone ... that which is illegal... but just to be able to show it power on the streets... sounds kinda dumb right...

... well, that is that ...and once again... thanks for the tips..

I can't decide if this is a gimmick account or if he's actually serious.

the rights you are entilted to are the ones I give you..................

but the way your post came across it sounded like you wanted to build a F&F street racer, something which I do not condone in this forum

Dang dude... you aren't nice are you... with your kind help and reflection.. I can do research on them... so that's why I'm here... I've looked at Turbokit.com and thinking of doing that.. but then again... I need to start slowly and just test things out... sorry dude if this is wacked, but REMEMBER..its up to you to reply man... its not REQUIRED...

... question.... what is the best way to approach fuel/air ratio management on F23?

If you really have 20k to drop in mods for your car, get a haltech, hondata, or AEM ems

You could always try taking it to a shop and asking them what they think, the only problem is that you seem like you dont know a whole lot about cars, and they might try to screw you. but here on the boards, you'll probably have a hard time finding people that are willing to take time out for you, and give you a full recipe for a fast car, because they arent payed to. lets see... im sure there are plenty of posts on here about what is needed to toughen up the block on your car, forged pistons, rods, crank, balancing for all of this, etc, but here is another link

http://www.hyundaiperformance....33745

build your engine to handle it, then get the turbo kit of your choice to boost it, you will be able to run pretty high boost if you build it right, so then, get your aforementioned EMS of choice, and take it to a shop that you trust to tune it for you
