so i'm visiting a few friends at their college, and my car gets broken into in their driveway. those bastards took my cd head unit. well i ain't pissed about them taking the stereo, cuz it was worth maybe 20 bucks after 7 years and all the abuse it's been (doesn't even have good shock absorbtion) but they cut the wires and i had to drive 5 hours listening to my friend's cd player.. it's a 95 civic, how do i go about replacing the antenna input plug, figuring out the wiring and mounting up a new head unit? is there a bracket that was there when they jacked the stereo? or was it just screws bolted into the frame of the dash? life was so much simpler when ordering from crutchfields cuz they give you the adapter for the wires, but now wha? any help would be greatly appreciated.
