Front Brake upgrade only

I'm trying to find out if i upgrade my front disc brakes only to some bigger ones would it cause an inbalance in braking?

and why??

Not as long as you have decent tires, I use Legend dual piston calipers on 11.2" rotors with Hawk HP+ pads and they're great!
