Default honda accord coupe sir(h22a) automatic to standard

Hi guys
I would like to know if its possible to change an accord sir(h22a) automatic to Manual transmission.?

and would i have any problems after??

Its possible and has been done plenty of times. You wont have any problems as long as the installation is done correctly. You'll only be taking out the oem auto parts and replacing them with manual oem parts at most. Search for "auto manual" and you'll get plenty of information of this subject.

its a peice of cake. you'll need to replace the tranny,of course....then remove the torque converter flex-plate that's bolted to the crank, and replace it with a manual flywheel. everything bolts right up. you will also need to replace the intermediate shaft with a manual accord or prelude one. as for the wiring....it will be easiest to find an engine wiring harness for a manual one.

I did it to my 97 accord and everything was pretty easy. Best thing to do is go to a junkyard and find a totaled manual accord and get all the parts that you will need. If you buy them brand new it will cost a pretty good penny.
