Default Using turbo on High mileage motor is ok or dangerous????

I have a 95 integra ls it has 142,000 miles..i know thats high. It runs good as it came straight out the factory. No engine problems or nothing. Putting a t3/t4 turbo on the engine will it be ok for 6- 8psi or should i not put it on now. Later on i want to fully build the engine but for now I was wondering would it be safe to put it on now???
