I installed mine a while back with some of my buddies and I totally forgot how we adjusted them after we got them installed. I want to lower my back end about 1" more and adjust both sides because the passenger side is about 1" lower than the driver side even with me in it. Any help would be great.

they have an allen set screw. loosen that and they will be adjustable.

as for height, its basically guess and check

 

So do you mean like I just measure the height now and then lower it an inch from the hight it is at now and then Im ok? Like if there is a 1" adjustment for lower it will be 1" lower when they settle?

You use the given allen wrench that came with the set. If you dont have it, just find the correct size. Moving the support one inch down will lower the car one inch down. Simple enuff
