I have the same plate on my jdm itr 4-1. It works perfect for me because I like my car low and the plate takes all the abuse. I'll try to get a pic of the plate but last time I checked it was all messed up but no damage to my header.

best $50 i ever spent - can't imagine what my JDM ITR header would look like without it.
it won't work with any other header, unless you welded it on.
