Default removing manifold vacuum fittings

how do get out the fitting for the brake vaccum line in the intake manifold?

Just get a pair of pliers and opent he clamp by grapping the 2 tabs and squeeze them together. then slide the clamp off.
Now grab the part of the hose that's around the nipple with a rag and pliers, and turn it a little left & right (gently) until it feels free. Then slowly pull it off.

How old is the engine?
