Default 4-1 vs 4-2-1

when i got my header , i got the dc ceramic coated 4-1 , reason bieng that i was afraid to get the 4-2-1 because i didint want the gasket that piece the headers together to weare out and have to replace alot .but now i found that 4-2-1 is better for low torque and 4-1 is more for top end . my question is ,are the gains of the 4-2-1 worth enough for me to buy another header or should i keep my 4-1
so if anyone got numbers for 4-2-1 vs 4-1 let me know .
thanks

No, but the gains from a high-flow cat. definitely warrant the expense, and that is where I'd suggest you invest next in your exhaust setup.

shoot think about it yorself, if you pass 5k rpm everyday, then you made use of your 4-1, if you don't use it why have it

he speaks the truth...

Save yourself the time and labour of installing the 4-1 and get 4-2-1's.

well I see it this way.. if you are racing someone why would you not want the top end? I have jdm 4-1 and it pulls hard after 4k (even more at 5k + scream) Ideally if fixing up your car is no more than a hobby then I guess 4-2-1 is okay.. but if you have different intentions 4-1
