I had an idea for a crx with a targa top. I think it would be tight to see one with out the roof, has neone seen anything like this or even think its possible?

*barf* I've seen 2 CRX's here drop top and with Targa top to cover it. And I would have to say.. It's the most rediculous thing I've ever seen.

 

i think it might look alright if it was the kind of roof trans ams and camaros have. not the supra one without the bar in the middle

 

Personally I think it would look a little funny with the top up, but just cruising with the top down, on a CRX, would be worth the while. I say go for it.

 

go to a yunkyard and see if u can actually find the targa mechanism found on the del slows....
maybe u can incorporate that into the roof of the rex....
remember for that proyect it will be better and smarte to put a rolllcage and reinforce the car chassis and protect from roll overs.....

I had a spare CRX, and we cut the top into a targa, flipsy as hell, i wouldn't trust it
