Default h22 tdc?

which mark on the flywheel is tdc? there is a white cross "+" and a white dash "-" which one is tdc? Am i supposed to tighten the auto tensioner with the t belt still on if i spin the crank? right now it's loose. i wanna make sure i have everything right before i put this motor together. TIA!

pull out #1 spark plug... put your hand over the hole, when you feel the air push up thats TDC. there are also crank pulley makes since your going to be working on the tensioner.

The white + is the TDC mark. The is also an arrow on the balancer belt pulley. Also the keyway on the crank should be pointing strait up.
