wut kind of aftermarket parts should i get for my ITR
a great mod i've found for ITRs is suspension. But unless your actually going to be competing with it i wouldnt really do any mods. But if you want just a little more power you can always just get some bolt ons.
im gonna be getting one soon.....im just thinkin of wut kind of parts and stuff.....oya..wut are some good intake system? and how much are the JDM front conversions?
First thing: If you dont onw the car yet, see what it comes with when you buy it, odds are it will have some bolton's.
JDM conversion in new condition is around 2900 for non HID, 4000 for HID lights.
If you are looking for an R, look for one with the conversion already done if you are interested in that.
Otherwise, read every post on this board and after 6 months, all your questions will be answered.

should you? - you shoudln't get anything others tell you.. decide for yourself.. or ask more specific question once you own the car.
or.. if your question is regarding aftermarket parts for itr - yes, theres a wide selection of aftermarket products for hondas.. - whatever you decide to do with the car (in general, honda oem parts are more reliable than aftermarket)
you gotta drive and own the car first, then decide what you want to do..
mine is still relatively stock.. just a couple bolt-ons for boost..

ITR already comes with pretty good suspension. The chassis itself is superior compared to the GSR or anything else.
all stock, who wants to learn how to weld.

Depending on wat u want out of your car. You can set the R up for most anything, circuit, drag, RICE (though that would be a SHAME). The thing is, the ITR is such a great all round performer, it would take a lot to **** it up. I always feel that it should be set up the track (suspension and handling mods) with a bit more go (minor bolt ons or basic internal work like cams) than as opposed to using it for drags(READ:EXPENSIVE). Whats the point when you got FR turbo cars that can be boosted up to crazy levels of power for a relatively small cost). Also, practice your driving.

get a aftermarket sticker that says "I'm a Noob"
It shouldn't be about what to get its about what you need and you'll know what you need when you start pushing the R closer to its limits. When you hit the limit of the cars abilities you'll know what needs to be put in to push the R even more.

I took my stock ITR to a HPDE, and was passing LS1 camaros, BMW M3's, WRX's, Mercedes AMG's, etc, etc.
Another thing to keep in mind. On average, it cost $100 per horsepower to add power to a ITR.

Give us a little guidance.
What is it you want the car to do that it's not doing, now?</TD></TR></TABLE>
He doesn't even OWN an R yet. He can't possibly be more specific if he doesn't even know what he likes/dislikes about the car.
Why even post the question? There is so much info on this site. Seriously, search is your friend in this case.
