Default Are portflow valvesprings ok for JUN 3??

are they??
What type of valvespring setup would I need to run??
Portflow intake inner and outer and Portflow exhaust inner and outer springs??
Or will it be ok if I just by portflow intake springs(inner and outer) and pass my stock b16 intake springs to the exhaust side???

I´m a bit confused, so If any of you can help me.. that would be great!

most reccomend the JUN springs, I'm running some older style Portflows... Appearantly you can't get them any more. E-F1 or Toda would be my next choice. You really need to be careful with high lift/duration cams, they can cause serious issues with the motor.

I would recommend running the JUN, some people say they bind, but i and all my friends have had NO issues with the springs binding.

Or you can go with the Toda valvesprings.

yellow ITR outters springs + Portflow inners all around would work great with JUN3. spring rate wise it will handle no problem. if you're really concerned you need to check the install height...

ef-1 Single Springs Specs BVTEC

MAX_CFM runs ef-1 single outers.

Here are the specs at 1.350" installed height.

Seat Pressure ~ 65lbs
Open Pressure (12mm lift) ~ 165lbs.
Max Lift ~ 14.5mm
Coils ~ 5.5
Winding Orientation ~ Right Hand
Wire Diameter ~ 3.3mm.

It has smooth and linear pressure through it's motion. The other springs I've tested just don't feel right.

Here are comparison pics: Skunk2 Springs (Left), Stock B16 (Middle), ef-1 Speed Stable (Right)

I would never run the Skunks, the stockers sag, ef-1 are my first choice.
