Default dc5-S or S2000

ok here it is.... if you had about $24,000 to spend on a car would you rather a brand new 2004 rsx type s or a used (2nd owner) 00-02 s2000? please state why you would choose the car. (flamesuit on) all comments welcome.

It is hard to say cause you know what your getting with a new car and cant always be sure when buying a used car, BUT an S2K is an amazing car!!

GOODLUCK with that choice.......

Id say put the $24k down on a brand new s2k, and have a new car with a really low monthly payment.

i would get the s-2000. It is a great car with lots of potential and style. If you can find one that was well maintained and preferebly adult owned i would get that. My decision is based on the assumption that owning a 2-seater will not burden.

If there is a really good condition S2k, I'd take that.

I wanna move up to the rwd. And chicks dig convertibles.

s2000. if you can, buy new, if not, find someone that would seems to be too scared to take a car to 9000 RPM, and buy the car from them.

youll like the s2000 better anyways.

Depends on the needs of the buyer. They are two completely different cars, neither one is "better" to choose than the other for any single person, because they both suit different purposes.

if you're looking for something practical S2k is not the most practical car. Depending on where you live, I wouldn't call it a daily driver either.
Having said that, I'd still lean towards an S2k. (I'm partial though, so I don't know if my opinion counts).

take that chunk of $$ as the downpayment for the brand new S2K. that's if there are no snow in your area in the winter....
