anyone parting out a 99-00 civic i need this part asap...

i need the part under the headlight... i think its called a stiffiner... it holds the bumper up... here a pic i stole from a-j... its the piece under the headlights and its black... thanks

no not the rebar... the piece right under the headlight... it holds the bumper up...
