2 q's: length of wheelstuds, and coated blank rotor avalability
first, i am wondering if the itr wheelstuds are longer than the standard 4x100 studs used on integras and civics.
second, are there any companys that sell a blank rotor with black caoting on the hats? or do i have to go diy with bbq grill paint? i cant stand looking at the rusted hats anymore. thanks

wheelstuds are the same, i am planning on 5mm spacers for the front and Reid stated in an arcived post that he was not having problems running them on stock wheelstuds.
still curious about the rotors though, ive only seen slotted faced coated ones.

From what I have seen, is the really expensive rotors come painted or the two piece have anodized hats. Anyway I DIY my hats a long time ago and they still look fine, dirty , yes but no rust or nasty stuff.
As for the studs= No clue, check the acura/honda automotiveparts site for details...

yeah the part #s are the same on the studs.
i have anodized hats up front from fastbrakes in order to run itr calipers. but the rears are standard gsr disks. they look like ****. thats why i am thinking about painting them.

there was a thread a while back in the RR forum about stock longer studs (from like a CL or something).
CobaltFriction's rotors come painted.

thank you, i was just getting ready to place an order for pads on monday, i will ask them about rear rotors.
i wanted to aviod pressing out the hubs to install longer wheel studs thats all. i am thinking about spoon 4pots down the line and i have a set of ssr comps in 4x100 16x7" 42mm offset that i use for auto-x. i am 95% sure i will have clearance problems.
however, i am not even sure the spoons will work with 25mm rotors at this point. i was under the impression that if the stock itr calipers will work then the spoons will too, but i read otherwise in a thread about a stoptech 25mm rotor application.

when you start mixing a.market things there's too many variables to keep track of them all!

yep. search will only get you so far.
thanks again for the help, if i decide on the 4pots ill create a thread about fitment. if worst comes to worst it seems i will only need to grind 1mm off each pad to fit the 25mm rotors, but you never know.
