Default Piston Rings?

Hey guys... What's everyone's experience been with the piston rings that come with JE Pistons? I'm going to be running pretty high compression (13+), and when I told my builder I was just going to go with the standard JE Rings, he told me to get some Total Seal, and things would go better...

Opinions?? Thoughts?? Thanks!

I,ve got the JE chromoly rings in my wife's 10:5 civic, seems to hold up pretty good, but I was told not to use oil waight over 10-30.

I've heard they work okay, but I'm not sure about running them in high compression.... Any more thoughts?

I would just run the JE rings. There are some pretty mixed feelings on the Total Seal (or lack there of) rings.
