Default SARD fuel pressure regulator

whoever has the SARD fuel pressure regulator, is the vacuum port supposed to toggle to the left and right or is it supposed to be locked in one position with the nut on top of the regulator.

are you certain that it is supposed to be tight? i'm not sure if it is a type-r, from my knowledge, there is a race version and a street version. i have the street version that doesn't come with the fittings.

and i'm not having any problems with it, as far as i can tell.
