5 lug conversion on EK 96-99 civic

what do need for a five lug conversion on my EK....Can I used my Ek parts...I know like axles, LCA,front, rear brakes, struts, rotors, trailing arms, Rear Sway Bar,etc.....Well, list me all the parts do I need...Thanks
