front knuckle/axles seized up
damnit, i took my car to some honda specialist(because i was too lazy to work on it myself) to change what i thought would be wheel bearings...well, to make a long story short, the knuckle assembly and the axles seized up due to massive rust...so now i have to pay for labor(which is about $150 bucks), 2 axles and 2 front knuckle assemblies...i think i'm going to cry
anybody experience this problem??

steering knuckle and axle seized up? like won't turn the wheel? it's pretty common for the axle to get stuck into the hub assembly, stuck as in an a hand sledge and a piece of wood or metal barely budges it.. happened to both my axles, and it took a 250 lb guy and three helpers to get the axles out the first time. It gets easier every time.

I'd put some grease or anti-seize on the splines, but I've always been too lazy to dismantle a brand-new car just to do stuff like that. I've always been able to get them out, sometimes with a mallet, sometimes with a gear-puller.
