and I nabbed the sucker immediately after I verified it's what I've been looking for! $800 (including shipping) means I saved about $100+ dollars over getting one through a retailer...woohoo! Now the tranny can finally be built up. I'll have two open differentials available in the near future too - one from the stock S1 tranny (unknow condition right now) and one from the new J1 tranny to be built up (excellent condition). I'll let yall know when the open differentials are available for those who might need spares or whatever...
