Default driver side window and cruise control

driver side window is outside of where it is supposed to be....and stuck that way i can hear the motor trying to pull it down but no luck. should i man handle it back on track or try a more technical approach.

cruise control. started off working fine. then slowly went to where it was 10 miles off, now it seems to have no effect at all...could this be problem with one of the lines or should i look at the system itself. thanks alot guys.

For the cruise control, check the cruise module in the engine bay and make sure all the vacuum tubes and crap are still hooked up to it properly. I assume the lights on the dash still work for the cruise.

There's one big hose that goes into the frame (and I guess snakes its way somewhere else), a few vacuum hoses I believe, and possibly a cable as well. It has been a while. Last time I had a cruise problem, the big hose had made its way out, I plugged it back in and it worked again.

Can't help you on the window, sorry. I have a Canadian LX, I don't have that luxury

Edit: The cruise stuff is for a 4th gen, I'd guess it's similar to other generations too. The cruise module is near the headlight in the bay on the driver's side.
