we dropped it... The B16 went in last night... now I just gotta tie up the loose ends..
If all goes well we should be firing by wednesday.... shiggity bam!!!!

Awesome, you must be psyched!

I remember when we finally dropped the rebuilt ZC in my car. It tooks us so damn long as we had to finish putting the clutch, flywheel pressure plate on. Then the tranny and all the belts. Once we got it in the car is was like midnight so we didn't start it. We started it the next day and it ran pretty smooth. Came back a few days later to drive it home and the freaking tranny mount broke right off!

But, now it runs pretty good. Needs some more work, but running strong. About to go to the dyno with it this weekend!

JDM approved! hell mother ******* yeah let me know how you like it man. You really shouldn't notice much difference from your HF motor. Make sure you keep your HF emblems on your car for that sleeper appeal. Can't wait to see you at n8. Do you think anyone will have a d16a6 anymore? My buddy is getting me some TEg linkage and then I will be done finally. I've allready firedher up she sounds healthy. At the most a valve adjustment might be needed. She has the slightest little notorious Honda tick to her. Goodluck, and happy hybriding.

well start up should be today. hopefully there arent too many gremlins in the system... after that I am going to prolly get all the standard bolt ons and run it untill I get bored with it.
Then Rebild and add a vortech supercharger.....
or set it up for scca solo....
Oh by the way I am thinking about getting a personal plate HF - R what does everyone think about that??? Im not so sure about it yet....
