Default Headwork Horsepower

Hey, I was curious if any of you guys dynoed your cars after you got headwork done, and if so how much did you get, or if you guys have an idea of how much power I could expect from getting headwork. Assume 11.5:1 compression with the JUN type 3 cam setup. Also, who would you guys recommend??
