by now you guys now i've been screwed over with the fuel rail i have, its an OBX rail, i installed it on my mpfi crx si manifold but i'm stuck, on the end of the rail closest to the battery there is a weird looking sensor/plug/pulse regulator thing, i dont know what it is, can someone help me. i need to know what it is, does and how to adjust it for my mpfi swap. help, please. thax.

 

Does it have a port for a vacuum line?Any pics?
