Ok, so I was looking for a quick fix for my parking brake cable, and I went up in the "Hollers" to an old junkyard that this crazy redneck owns.... So it's a pick and rip type yard, and I tell the guy what I'm looking for... he says "Yeah, I think we've got a newer one up there, like an 89 or 90... something like that anyways, but I can't promise anything, the boys don't like Hondas."

I go up there, and sure enough there's a 90 DX laying up there, somebody ROLLED it off the top of a minivan, the guy tells me that they wanted the roof, and the only problem with the civic was a bad motor, old owner worked for a GM plant, so he just scrapped it..... I'm about to cry, the front clip is destroyed, and I make myself look at the odometer... get this.

32,245 Miles... No rust, and a working Odometer. They just rolled it Tuesday, I got there Wed.
I felt like going postal... he said if they wouldn't have done it, he'd have sold it as a salvage for 400 bucks.

I went home and cried... but not before getting those cables. Anyway, would it royaly kill me if I don't have 2 cables hooked up? Thanks.

dam idiots....even though i hate some cars beacuase of the type of people that drive them, im not going to trash a mint anything. sombody wants it.

not to hog a post but i know where one is here that is in great shape if you guys need stuff I might can get it. It was tapped in the nose, Yes tapped no smashed. It has plastic type seats but it is in great shape
