^^^^ What he said. You can buy an O2 simulator for about $100 and they fake a voltage signal to your ECU that keeps the code from throwing. My friend bought one for his Cavalier a while back and it works fine. Someone here probably can shoot a link to find one at.
yes, and they are only $50 or $20 if you make your own.
the 2nd 02 sensor (the one in the cat) is only checking to make sure there is a different reading from the first one.

also..try what i did, take ur car to like a smog check place or some where and have your "ecu reset." it worked for my car..also, i heard just disconnecting the battery for a little while and 'power cycling' works.
