Sounds like a good deal, and it sounds like your odometer is broken not your speedometer. That is unless the speedometer reads up to 73xxx mph.

well, let me explain that a little more, as i meant to before. the speedometer doesnt work, doesnt register a speed. believe it is the speed sensor. so, i judged it by rpms when i drove her, but again, only sparingly.

not quite sure. its either a completely blown motor or the wiring was screwed up when they put my m3 mirrors on. thats when it stopped working.
