How to make my angel eyes BRIGHT?

How to make my angel eyes BRIGHT? doesnt seem like the angel eyes are bright at all using a H1 bulb anyone have any ideas how to get them brighter let me know thanks.

if they have some type of resistor just bypass it and give it full battery voltage.

Try some Polarg super white bulbs. Those are the brightest I've seen
