I am just about done putting a Thermal R&D Stealth cat-back system on my 95 Prelude VTEC. I cut the nuts off of the bolts from the cat and planned to replace the nuts and bolts, but now can't get the bolts out. It seems that they are rusted or welded to the cat. Tomorrow morning I plan to cut off the bolts and then drill them out so I can use new bolts. Right now I found some nuts that kinda thread onto the buggered up original bolts to hold it on while I go to work (I work overnight) but the system is leaking there. I do have a new gasket and bolts ready to go. Anyone have any ideas as to something better to do than what I am planning?
