A friend of mine with a 90 civic hatch b16 swap wants to know if my 94 GSR cat will fit on his car, does anyone know if this is or is not a direct fit to pass inspection?

 

I doubt it's a direct fit. Depending on where you live and what tests you do, they won't even check for a cat, or do the emissions testing. If you fail all you gotta do is fix the thing, just get it tested and hope you get away with it.
