installing fuel mods before turbo?

would it be wise to install my 255lpg pump and str fuel rail before my turbo setup? or would my car just run super rich? ill be gettting a drag kit later. sorry im new to the world of fuel management. thanx

if you have any type of fuel control, just lean it out respectivly
