Default dx to b16a wiring problem

I have just finished my first swap It was a 91 hatch DX. I put in a b16a. worked out all of the bugs. well i put on a b&m fuel pressure reg. set the fuel press. at 60 psi (by accident didnt know what it should be but got that worked out) now the car is fouling out plugs 2 and 4. i can change the plugs and it will run great for about two days then they will foul out and the car wil fall on its face until vtec fires at 4500 then its fine again, let off the gas and go back down on the rpm range and give it gas and it falls again constan problem. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

How did you wire the O2 sensors?
It is very common to wire them backwards;

If you just added one wire you need to swap the two..
O2 sensor #1 is: C16 on the PR3 or PW0 ecu
GREEN oval connector {oxygen sensor A}
monitors cylinders 1 & 4

O2 sensor #2 is:
C8 on the PR3 or PW0 ecu
WHITE round connector {oxygen sensor B}
monitors cylinders 2 & 3
