Default Bye Bye GS-R...Hello GT (pics)

Well after almost a month there is still no sign of my Integra. I was hoping to at least find the shell in some alley, but no such luck. The insurance company settled with me so I purchased this 00 Eclipse GT today (I sold out for a little more displacement and 2 extra cylinders). She only has 37K miles and has every option (including anti-theft!!!) I am pretty happy with my new car, but I still miss my perfect 98 GS-R. The sound of the stock Eclipse exhaust is amazing. I also love the shifting in this car. Of course the handling takes a back seat to the Integra.

I plan to still poke my head around these boards from time to time, but I am already hooked on Club3G.org. You guys are awesome

RIP

My New Baby

What the hell would you do that for? DSM's suck ***. You should've bought another GSR.

Too bad everybody that owns one of those is a wussy and won't turbo one of the V6's. That would make a nasty car. Look how fast some turbo VR6's are going!

My friend has one...its ok.
But nothing compared to a gsr...
Also, dont even put that car in a DSM category. DSM's had potential, and are fast...lol

Sorry, i loved ur gsr.

I only found one GS-R in KC, and it was older with too many miles. They are hard to find because they have all been stolen and parted out! If I got another Honda it would probably just get messed with again...even with an alarm.

Cough*Cough* No comment. Nevermind what do you think a DSM is? Diamond star motors. That is the logo for Mitsu's.

Dude what the hell are you talking about? You seem rather confussed. You are actually starting to confue me. Mitsubitshi makes components for Chrysler and vice versa. Mitsubitshis are called DSM's.

cough...no they are not. Diamond Star Motors is a separate entity...they built 1st and 2nd gen Eclipses/Talons/Lasers, and Galants I believe.

PHAT a chrystler motor... Both cars are nice, but as most said, the gsr is superior. At least youll get to keep the eclipse though, no theft problems.
