Default Interior wiring woes??? help

Working on putting my car back together (was stolen last year and found completely stripped) Anyways its all done except for the interior, Im not getting power to any interior accessories. My headlights and blinkers work, wipers work, tailights work (brake lights do NOT though) , Windows will NOT work,Gauge cluster will not work, cigarette lighter will not work, no power to radio, etc. i checked all the fuses in the underdash fuse box and there all fine. Whats my next step? This is the only thing keeping me from getting the car tuned and running!!! Thanks in advance.

Yeah double check all fuses and individual ground through out the car for the interior harness (had the same problems for my brakes lights and it was just the ground). I know the lighter and radio are on the same fuse, so check that one. Other than that good luck and if you have a Helms get out the good old Voltmeter and start checking for power at the spots for different accessories and harnesses.
