i have 94 integra with B20B with gsr head, CP=13.3, eagle rods, gsr cams, port and polished head, port and polished gsr intake manifold, straight 2.75 in exhaust, intake, msd, 10.3 mm wires with blaster coil 2, stage 3 clutch. And my friend have 91 prelude with turbo running at 8 psi with no intercooler, lightened flywheel, 2.5 exhaust with catalytic converter, and some suspension boost, except that engine internal is not built. who would win this in quarter mile? or
