Ground Controls just arrived...did I get the correct rates?
Ok guys, My Coilovers just arrived today. I ordered 400f/350r rates. I assume someone has the same rates and could help me verify.
The part #'s are as follows. Pics shown for clarification-- EDIT (pics not uploading for some reason...
)--
Front springs
0700.250.0400 (Im assuming the .0400 is the front rate..)
Rear springs
GC180.64.61 (Now where are the rates listed here???)
Thanks In Advance

I have been chit chatting with Dustin back and forth for a while now. I think his spring rates are fine for now until he gets used to the car. He used to own (maybe still does) and Auto-X a Honda Prelude which is totally different from an Integra Type R. He will learn in time how the car handles and realize he wants less understeer but for now I don't see anything wrong with those spring rates especially since he is driving the car on the street
Ya, Ground Control kinda talked me into it....for saftey reasons
But for the most part the turn in on the ITR is a vast amount better than my Lude, and I'm not experienced enough to handle a car that snaps oversteer on a regular basis.....yet
Im sure eventually I will go up to 400/450, all in good time I suppose. Also my car is driven daily...
Thanks for pointing my n00b *** in the right direction btw.
