Default installation question

i should be recieving my progress front and rear camber kit tomorrow...i was wondering if anyone ever installed one on a 6th gen accord before...i installed my springs so i kinda know what im doing but having step by step instructions always helps me out best.

ive done a search but all i came up was...what brand should i buy and do i need an alignment..just to let you guys know..i have a 1.5 drop in front and 1.75 in back..they are adjustable but the higher it goes..the more ugly it gets..haha..id perfer to keep it at this hieght since imma just buy hr sport springs next month...

sorry for long story....i just need instructions to install them

dont bother to waste your money if you are not gonna get more than 2inch drops, that's my honest opinion.

what brand of coilover you got?
