Default b16 or h22

i have a civic with b16 but not sure if i should drop the h22 in

which engine has more potential to get 250bhp

what would it take to get 250bhp out of either of the engines

1. It's a matter of personal preference and budget.

2. Theoretically the H22A will have more potential with a larger displacement. There is no replacement for displacement. Unless you have turbo.

3. A shitload of time, effort, and money.
