I havent actually tried it out I do however know that the waterpump gears arent the same and have different ammount of teeth on them. by that comparrison alone Im going to go with "will not work"

thats weird cause everyone else said the GSR water pump works on the LS motor. so if the water pump works i figured the timing belt would work....any one else have $.02 i can borrow?

a GSR water pump and oil pump will work on an LS block, but the number of teeth the gears are different so the GSR timing belt will on work on an LS block if you are running the GSR water pump and oil pump.

a GSR pump will bolt onto a LS block. the GSR pump is not the same as the LS pump, though. the GSR pump has a different number of teeth on it than the LS does.

does that make sense?
