Looping the powersteering lines?
I searched. Came up with some information but couldn't find a "how to". I read this post and was wondering if anyone has instructions on doing this.
"man i hate having the belt only off. i have the lines looped now and i am going to let the system breath better by tapping into the high pressure line that feeds the rack and T that to a Tilton brake reservoir so the steering can become much easier. just the belt off for city driving. for track use only that is a different story."
Basically, looping the lines and tapping into the high pressure line that feeds into the rack and T that into the Tilton brake reserivoir... (whatever that means) lol.

Most people agree that there is little need to tap directly into the hard-lines, especially since this is non-reversible and somewhat difficult to do. Many individuals run a loop between the two rack fittings and us a tee in that loop leadiing to a breather/reservoir (the Tilton reservoir you mentioned is one brand of such reservoirs). The fittings which are looped are the two main visible fittings on the rack. One has a hard metal line running to it, and the other is a rubber return line. The "loop" is used to keep fluid circulating after the pump and lines are removed.
If you are going to do this I suggest buying padawan's power steering loopback kit. (click his sig) This is what I used and it included everything to make the install straightforward and simple.
here's your howto:

I don't have any kits in stock, been meaning to order more fittings.
