Default Handling of your EP3.

With the price that you can pick up a EP3 for now, it seems to good to be true.

My car tastes lie mostly within handling. How do you compare it's handling to other mainstream cars? What other cars have you driven that handle better than it?

Alot of you EP3 owners are also ITR owners, how does it compare?

Thanks

JY

I had a 300zx TT before this, and that was amazing handling. Im sure you know they are on different levels and everything, but once you change the tires from the factory wheels you will see a HUGE difference, as well as lowering the center of gravity (drop it), and stiffer spriings. Once you do that, Im sure you will be very happy with the way it handles. thanks, take it easy

The car begs for more, you only feel limited by the tire size.

you'll toast a spec in twisties too.

Actually my old '99 si handles better than my '03 si, the old si feels more stable on turns the suspension feels stiffer and both are stock suspension. My '03 si feels good but I can't push it in turns like on my old si.

I plan on putting springs and shocks on mine 02 Si, but as of now i have put new wheels and tires...17" Tenzo R shu-4 look f***in good if ur lookin for some nice wheels by the way...and i have parada spec 2 tires...changing wheel and tire makes a big difference in understeer in the corners. i think after springs and shocks are on...maybe a couple strut braces..it should be pretty f***in good in corners.

Stock for stock my rusty 88 CRX Hf handled better than my Ep and it had 35 dollar tires on it. After a drop and better tires the Ep has redeemed it's self. Stock the Ep is just to tall and it feels unstable in high speed turning, the 99-00 Si had a much lower center of gravity. I had a 00 Ex with tower bars fr and rear, lower rear Blistein (loved those shocks), and Eibach sport lines, and that car was taking clover interchages at 65-75 with out any tire squeal from the 712's, was the most beautiful thing ever. Damn I miss that car

1st a crx is about 600lbs. lighter, no comparison. 2nd, The only advantage our cars have over the 99-00 is tighter body construction.
