Default OEM Cluster & instruments lighting dimming ?

This is for my family accord. I installed a more funtional indiglow gluster to my car just so that it glows brighter.....nothing ricy just something more functional..Looks liek to old school kit that came out in 1999. Color out put is like a indiglow WATCH.
but my wife said that she loves it but how come its so damn BRIGHT!

There was a **** to adjust the brightness but i cut it off so that it wouldn't be hanging down. It was just 2gray wires I just wanted to know if I could hook that up to the OEM dimmeher ****

I just want to hook it up and make it adjustable for that CLEAN oem look

All that the previous dimmer did was just limit how much power was going to the gauges, you should be able to wire it up to your OEM dimmer no problem, just have to find the right wires, but how many can there be?
