I found the floor mounted seat belt buckle
After a thorough search of HT, I could not find where the floor mounted seat belt buckle comes from. (See http://www.sandmracing.com/ssparco.html ) I searched the junkyards this weekend and found a pair that work. They came from an 86-87 Prelude.
I found others that looked right but the buckle was too narrow where the belt inserts. The 84 accord was like this. The 88-9X preludes have them mounted to the seat so those are as good as the stock buckles. I'm not sure about any other models. These buckles should work for all 90+ civics and integras.
So for all of you that need to keep the 3 points for inspection or whatever, these should do it for you.
