Front Bumper Uninstall?
ok.. i have a diagram of where all the screws/bolts are to take off the front bumper from a 94-97 Integra (doing a 98+ front conversion)
i was just wondering..
how hard are the bolts and screws to take out? do they come out easily?
also.. can i do this without jacking up my car??? (no jack, no jack stands)
please let me kno.. prolly gonna do the swap this weekend

You can take the whole bumper off without jacking up the car... You will however, have to get on your back and go slightly under the fron bumper to remove two 10mm bolts that hold the underlining to the body of the car... Other than that, you'll need a 10mm, phillips head screwdriver, and that's about it...
yeah.. bumper removal.. that's the word i meant to use.. hahaa
and i was just wondering about doing it w/o a jack cuz i don't have my set anymore.. don't know where it is...

No need for a jack, it should take you no more than 10 minutes to get the bumper off. There are about 7-8 screws on top under hood, the two 10mm under the car, and then the two screws (1) on each side in wheel wheel

Me niether... They don't make much of a difference in holding it on, just how quickly it comes off...

It'll sag if you leave out the screws that connect the front bumper to the fenders... I am missing the 10 mm bolts that hold the top of the bumper to the top of the fenders... However, I am missing those screws on the side as well and the bumper does sag just a little...

The front bumper removal is a really straightforward process - shouldnt take you more than 10 or 15 minutes. I hate those wheel well screws though. Bleh.
