Default anyway to use the HID from audi TT headlights in my hatch?

my dad works at a body shop.... he has a bunch of different head lights from cars that were wrecked. they bought 2 new headlights for an audi cuz each were scratched. other than that... no damage. they have the little gold box on the back and everything for the HID. he isnt doing anything with these... so i was wondering if there is a way to hook the HID up in my 94 civic hatch? thanks

There is a site on the net that tells you how to use the projectors and ballasts from an Audi in your OEM housings.

Don't know the link though.

Its actually really easy, my friend put Lexus GS400 HIDs in his 91 hatch. If you have some common sense, its easy. Only "mods" he made was cut out the plastic around the HID bulb part to plug into his headlights. Other than that you just gotta wire it up.

you mean trim out my headlight housing where the bulb goes in so that it will go in place correctly? any special wiring need to be done? or just make sure you have the ground / lowbeam/ and high beam connected to the right pin? any other help will be greatly appriciated... thanks guys

You can go to a auto parts store and pick up replacement bulb harness connectors too so you dont have to cut up your OEM harness in case you mess something up, and get some that match the connector to the new HID fitting.

i doubt your gonna have a highbeam, unless you have those projector housings that hold 2 different bulbs.
